I love the tool. It's easy to organize your personal schedule and tasks. It's best for personal use, I think there are other tools that do the job better for big teams.

I’ve bounced between a bunch of to-do apps, but Todoist is the one that’s actually stuck for me. I use it for everything: work projects, errands, “remember to call my mom,” all of it lives there now.

The cross-device sync has been rock solid. I’ll throw a task in from my phone, clean it up on desktop later, and nothing goes missing. Still, it’s the only task manager that’s made me feel on top of life instead of constantly playing catch-up.

Great to have if you need to follow up on a complex schedule and a todo list, I had used it for a while in the past and it works as stated, pretty good.

Very well done and well made app for tracking all activities. I use it for my daily routines and my online business to help keep everything in order
