Wow so good. So, I tried to use a different program first - I pay for a Descript subscription that now I’m cancelling!! After an hour trying to get Descript to understand my four year-old‘s voice or let me edit the captions where it was empty, I gave up. Then I found this app and...

Recommended. The good thing is that the yearly subscription is the most affordable in less than $80 to remove the watermark for a year. Is worth it if all you just want is to add subtitles to your video without the watermark.

Five star. Best app so I had 10 hours on d Footage and a wanted to cut it down it to a short but they were filmed in landscape so I found this app and boom it fixed it

Reels w eng subtitles. So far very happy. Translation is word for word exact, no BS, skipping words or mispronouncing. Will def give VEED a long terms shot at my fame 😁

Easy. Honestly, it’s so easy to use when you upload the video. You only have to make a few tweaks and it’s ready to go. Definitely a time saver.

  • Bug reports, reliability complaints, and interface frustrations dominated the critical side of discussion and outnumbered individual praise themes.
  • Sentiment dropped sharply over the four-week window, with the largest volume of mentions arriving during a notably low-scoring period in mid-July.
  • The score trajectory was highly unstable, swinging between strong positive readings and weak ones within the same weeks rather than moving in a clear direction.
  • Opinion on AI features was divided, with some commenters expressing clear excitement about new capabilities while reliability and usability concerns ran alongside that enthusiasm.

Discussion around VEED over the past four weeks painted a notably mixed picture, with the overall tone declining meaningfully from where it stood at the start of the window. Commenters expressed genuine enthusiasm for specific capabilities, particularly around AI-driven features, with several mentions highlighting lipsync and language-dubbing functionality in approving terms. Ease of use also drew positive remarks in a handful of posts, suggesting that when the tool works as expected, users find the experience relatively approachable.

However, the complaint side of the conversation was persistent and covered several distinct pain points. Bugs drew the most critical mentions, and reliability concerns surfaced repeatedly alongside interface frustrations. One sample mention captured the flavor of these friction moments well, describing a situation where the tool simply stopped cooperating mid-workflow, leaving the commenter to abandon the session entirely. Though that particular instance turned out to involve user error rather than a product fault, the tone itself reflected the kind of exasperation that tends to color broader platform perception.

The score trajectory over the window was volatile rather than steadily directional. Discussion suggested a sharp dip in mid-June, a notable recovery in the final days of June and into early July as a cluster of more positive mentions appeared, and then another significant drop in mid-July when mention volume was at its highest point in the window. That mid-July cluster carried a heavier critical weight, which appears to have pulled the overall pulse downward. A brief uptick followed, but the window closed on another softer reading.

Opinion was most divided around the AI feature set. Some commenters framed new releases in clearly enthusiastic terms, treating them as meaningful advances, while others in the same period raised reliability and interface concerns that tempered that enthusiasm. Competitor comparison also appeared, hinting that at least some users were actively weighing alternatives.
